Frederick, Washington Counties report increases.
Frederick, Md (KM) COVID-19 cases continue to increase in both Frederick and Washington Counties.
The Frederick County Health Department says as of Thursday afternoon, there are 1392 confirmed coronavirus cases, an increase of 45 from Wednesday. The number of deaths climbed to 87, up by four from the day before.
In Washington County, the Joint Information Center reports as of Thursday afternoon, there are 322 COVID-19 cases, an increase of 16 from Wednesday. The number of deaths remains at 12.
The Maryland Department of Health reports as of Thursday, there are 35,903 COVID-19 cases across the state, which is 1,091 more than the previous day. The number of deaths is 1,768, which is up by 54 from Wednesday.
