COVID-19 Cases Continue To Climb

Maryland had more than 1,000 between Monday & Tuesday.

 

Annapolis, Md (KM). The State of Maryland saw its biggest increase in COVID-19 cases so far. The Department of Health says there are 41,546 coronavirus cases as of Tuesday, a jump  of 1,784 since Monday.

In Frederick County, the number of residents testing positive for COVID-19 increased by 23 as of Tuesday afternoon to 1,531. . That’s according to the County Health Department, which also says the number deaths now stands at 93, one more than was reported on Monday.

The Joint Information Task Force says in Washington County as of Tuesday afternoon, there are 359 cases of COVID-19, which is 15 more than on Monday. The number of deaths remains at 12.
