Frederick, Md (KM) A Hagerstown man was killed in a one-vehicle crash in Frederick County Monday afternoon.
State Police say at around 3:15, troopers responded to westbound Interstate 70 near Hollow Road on Braddock Mountain for a serious accident. . An investigation determined a Dodge Ram pickup operated by Cecilio Ona Bernabe, Jr. 71, ran off the road and into an embankment, and then rolled over. Bernabe was pronounced dead at the scene.
State Police believe a tire may have blown out on the truck prior to the crash.
The investigation into this accident is continuing, and anyone who has information is asked to contact the duty officer at the Frederick Barrack at 301-600-4150.
