The Proposal Writer will report to the Senior Vice President of Government Contracts.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Assists new business leads in identifying new opportunities. Assists in capture activities as appropriate and directed.
· Prepares for expected solicitations, analyzes solicitations and develops proposal framework.
· Works with Proposal Manager, new business leads and Operations personnel to incorporate strategies and win themes; and works with subject-matter experts to gather technical information and develop a winning technical strategy.

Process Operations Specialist (1208194)
The Process Specialist is responsible for leading or representing manufacturing in process optimization projects, as well as in facilitating batch release. They will liaise with F&E, MSAT, R&D and Quality on projects to ensure the requirements for manufacturing will be met. They will be responsible for implementing new or improving existing equipment and processes in the manufacturing areas. In addition, they may perform investigations for adverse events using root cause analysis tools and collaboration with SMEs/persons involved and will support batch record reviews as needed.

Perform fillet welds on pre-assembled products on a fast-paced assembly line. Must be able to weld.
Preparation:
Operate various machines including shears, presses, punches, benders, etc. to prepare raw material for assembly. Must manually handle and maneuver large pieces of steel to load machines.

Monday-Friday/7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Powder coats all welding sub-assemblies prior to being assembled into finished product. Involves preparation of sub-assemblies by washing and priming before powder coating process. Thoroughly prime and powder all machine parts by operating a spray powder to apply industrial powder finish on metal products. Responsible for keeping to work schedule as defined while remaining flexible to meet unplanned work changes. Maintains log of powdered machine parts. Ensure that quantities of parts are correct to complete machine runs. Maintain powder inventory and turn in requisitions to Purchasing Dept. every Friday. Ensure that racks in powder room are free of build-up by blowing off top to bottom. Keep equipment (i.e. powder guns, filters, etc.) and powder room maintained and in good operating condition. Communicate with supervisory and management personnel daily. Other duties as assigned (Production Washer either on a scheduled rotating basis or as needed due to vacations, illness, etc.)

Follow drawings to assemble machines. Build a variety of machines on a daily basis. Operate a forklift as required. Perform heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs.) regularly. Complete tasks as directed by team leads with minimum supervision. May work at different workstations as production needs require during the assembly process. Incumbent shall have a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of basic electric and shop math is required.

Full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver. Our hours of operation are 6:30 am-4: 30 pm and our drivers/warehouse typically work 40 hours per week with some degree of flexibility on hours. · Assemble and wire various electro-mechanical units
· Use small hand tools (including but not limited to; screw driver, tweezers, pliers, etc.) to complete box builds, cable/wire assembles and PCB assemblies
· Perform transactions in an ERP system, ManFact, and PC to complete shop move logs, locate and review work instructions and standard operating procedures, and clock in and out of work orders
· Use bill-of-materials (BOM) and assembly drawings to complete box builds, cable/wire assembles and PCB assemblies
· May conduct continuity checks on work in process as well as completed work
· May assist in the packing, boxing or bagging of the finished product
· Assist with duties such as setting up jobs, prepping components, breaking down job set ups, etc.
SMT Operator (1189575)
The SMT Operator will be responsible for setup, maintenance and operation of assigned production equipment. This will be achieved using both automated equipment and manual placement methodologies, all while achieving goals for quality, efficiency and productivity. This role will act as an integral team member to manufacturing engineering, quality and the extended SMT team on all new product introductions (NPI) and production runs.
