Hagerstown, Md (KM) The lobby and customer service area of Hagerstown City Hall will be reopening for walk-in customers on Wednesday, August 19th. Officials say in-person transactions will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the lobby and customer service areas will only serve those individuals with scheduled appointments.
The lobby and customer service area of Hagerstown City Hall were closed last week for deep cleaning after an employee was diagnosed with COVID-19.
The lobby and customer service area will be accepting payments and requests by phone, e-mail and online effective Monday, August 17th.
