SHA says some lanes and shoulders will be closed during that time. 
Frederick, Md (KM) An improvement project for northbound Route 15 from Orndorff Road to the Pennsylvania state line is underway.
The Maryland State Highway Administration says these improvements will require single lane and shoulder closures. The contractor, C.J. Miller< LLC of Hampstead, will be working on the highway Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM. . . Crews will be using signs, barrels and cones to alert motorists and guide them through the work zone.
SHA says the project is expected to be completed in November.
