Annapolis, Md (KM) No deaths were reported on Wednesday in Maryland as a result of the coronavirus. That’s according to Governor Larry Hogan, who attributes this milestone to “incredibly heroic efforts” of the part of the state’s doctors, nurses and health care workers on the front lines. He also gives credit to the “courage and perseverance” of Marylanders who have taken up this “unprecedented challenge.”

The Governor encourages state residents not to let up in the fight against the COVID-19 virus. “As we continue on our road to recovery, it is absolutely critical for all of us to remain vigilant,” he said in a statement.

The Maryland Health Department says there have been more than 3800 deaths from the coronavirus since March 28th.
