Frederick County Public Libraries are keeping the spirit of Halloween alive this October with “Curbside in a Costume.”

Children and families are encouraged to participate by wearing costumes as they go through curbside pickup at FCPL locations. Librarians will also be dressed up and will give those in costumes prizes as they go through contactless pickup.

All families are asked to participate from the safety of their own vehicle, and can visit any FCPL location from October 26th to October 31st. Virtual Halloween programs will also be available on Facebook and YouTube.
