Coronavirus Cases Keep Going Up In Frederick County

The number of deaths remains the same.                                                                                              

 

 

Frederick, Md (KM) COVID-19 cases continue going up in Frederick County. The Maryland Department of Health reports as of Wednesday, there are 4,745 cases of the coronavirus locally; and that’s a increase of 24 from Tuesday. The number of deaths remains at 131.

In Washington County, there are 2,281 COVID-19 cases which is 55 more than the day before. The Health Department says 44 people in Washington County have died from COVID-19.

Across the region, Carroll County reports 2,231 cases of the coronavirus with 126 deaths. Montgomery County has 25,562 COVID-19 cases, and 830 deaths. And Howard County is reporting 5,865 coronavirus cases with 120 deaths. .

Statewide, the Health Department reports 142,425 COVID-19 cases in Maryland as of Wednesday, which is an increase of 684 from the day before. The number of deaths is 501 which is 30 more since Tuesday.
