Sheriff Jenkins To Discuss Law Enforcement Tuesday With Frederick County Council

The meeting will be virtual due to COVID-19 pandemic.                                                                                  

 

Frederick, Md (KM). The Frederick County Council on Tuesday will receive a briefing on local law enforcement.

 

Sheriff Chuck Jenkins will make the presentation.  “It’s a virtual County Council meeting where I will be presenting law enforcement and policing in Frederick County,” he says. “And how the Sheriff’s Office with our policies and training. Some of the issues that were brought during this whole summer of protest against law enforcement. I’ll be talking about this, how we police in Frederick County.”

The meeting begins at 5:30 PM, with the Sheriff’s presentation listed as the last item on the agenda.

It will be broadcast over the County Government Channel. (Channel 19 and in high definition at 1085.) The meeting will also be streamed over the county’s website at FrederickCountyMD.gov/CouncilMeetings.
