Cause Of Trailer Fire Remains Under Investigation

Damage totals $10,000.

 

Hancock, Md (KM) The cause of a travel trailer fire in Washington County remains under investigation.

The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office says just after 2:00 AM on Thursday, fire fighters were dispatched to 12617 Seavolt Road in Hancock for a structure fire. They spent five minutes bringing the flames under control. There were no injuries.

Damage from the fire is estimated at $7500 to the structure,  and $2500 to the contents. .

The fire was discovered by a neighbor.
