Sheriff’s Deputies use stop sticks.
Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick man was arrested following a vehicle pursuit Monday night. Rhashed Johnson, 21, was taken into custody.
The Sheriff’s Office says it started out as a stolen vehicle case in Montgomery County which ended in Frederick County. Deputies say they got description of the vehicle and located it at the WaWa on Ballenger Creek Pike. When they attempted to speak with Johnson, he fled. in the stolen vehicle along Ballenger Creek Pike. Authorities say stop sticks were used to stop the vehicle. It crashed at Cap Stine Road and Ballenger Creek Pike. No one was injured.
Johnson was taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center, and the stolen vehicle was recovered.
