Hagerstown Police Charge Three Following Search & Seizure Operation

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

One individual has two active arrest warrants.

Hagerstown, Md (KM) Two men and one woman were arrested Wednesday after Hagerstown Police served a search and seizure warrant at a home at 201 Taylor Avenue. Dejaniro Armante Rivera, Marquis Armond Craig and Destiny Maria Frisby were taken into custody.   .

Rivera is charged with illegal possession of ammunition, being a common nuisance, possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and possession of narcotics. Craig is also charged with illegal possession of ammunition, possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, possession of narcotics, and charges relating to harboring a fugitive.. Frisby is charged with illegal possession of ammunition, being a common nuisance, possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, possession of narcotics, and charges related to harboring a fugitive.

Rivera also has two active arrest warrants, according to police.

Detectives say they located a quantity of drugs and paraphernalia in the home, along with 70 pounds of ammunition.

This operation was a coordinated effort between Hagerstown Police, the Washington County Special Response Team, and the Maryland Division of Parole and Probation..

Three juveniles were also found in the residence.
