Hagerstown, Md (KM) Two men and one woman were arrested Wednesday after Hagerstown Police served a search and seizure warrant at a home at 201 Taylor Avenue. Dejaniro Armante Rivera, Marquis Armond Craig and Destiny Maria Frisby were taken into custody. .
Rivera is charged with illegal possession of ammunition, being a common nuisance, possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and possession of narcotics. Craig is also charged with illegal possession of ammunition, possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, possession of narcotics, and charges relating to harboring a fugitive.. Rivera also has two active arrest warrants, according to police.
Detectives say they located a quantity of drugs and paraphernalia in the home, along with 70 pounds of ammunition.
