LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...




* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total
  snow accumulations ranging from a coating to around one inch in
  the valleys, with 1 to 3 inches in the higher elevations of
  Carroll County, and 2 to 5 inches in the Catoctin Mountains. For
  the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow
  accumulations greater than 7 inches possible.

* WHERE...Frederick and Carroll Counties in Maryland.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 PM EST this
  afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday morning
  through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions this morning and
  early afternoon, especially across the higher elevations. For
  Wednesday and Wednesday night, travel could be very difficult.
