Frederick, Md (KM) A new health metrics dashboard for the Frederick County Public School System is up and running. Officials say it will allow the public to keep track of COVID-19 cases by school.
The new dashboard provides information on coronavirus cases among students and staff at each school, along with the County’s metrics and positivity rate. It also lists outbreaks at Maryland public and private schools.

“I am pleased the community has this valuable resource for tracking health metrics in their neighborhoods,” says Dr. Theresa Alban, Superintendent of Schools, in a statement. “We are committed to transparency and sharing the updates provided by local and state health officials.”
Frederick County and School System data is reported by the Frederick County Health Department. State data comes from the Maryland Department of Health.
