Frederick County Government Offices To Close Early

County officials say this is due to inclement weather.                                             

 

 

Frederick, Md (KM).  Due to inclement weather, Frederick County Government offices will close at 3:00 PM on Monday,  February 1st.

Liberal leave remains in effect, and Frederick County Circuit and District Courts will remain closed.  All public libraries are closed.

The county says all “non-essential”  employees, including those who telework, are on paid administrative leave until 3:00 PM, and are not  expected to log on or report to work in person after that time.  All “essential” employees will report to work and perform their duties as they normally would.

The vaccination clinic scheduled to take place at the Scott Key Center on Monday beginning at 2:00 PM has been canceled.

The Equity and Inclusion Leadership Team meeting scheduled for Monday evening will take place, but it won’t be broadcast on Frederick  County Government TV. The public can view this meeting on line at https://publicinput.com/S1024.
