Frederick County Grand Jury Returns Four Indictments On Friday

These cases will move to the Circuit Court.

 

 

 

 

 

Frederick, Md (KM) Four indictments were returned on Friday by the Frederick County Grand Jury.

One was against Christopher Michael Workman, 36, of Frederick, whose charged with 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree child abuse, 2nd-degree assault  and and resisting and interfering with an arrest for an incident which occurred on January 20th of this year.

Another person indicted was Duane David Mason, 46, of Hyattsville, Maryland, .whose charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, fentanyl and heroin;; possession with intent to distribute a fentanyl-heroin mix, possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl; possession of cocaine; possession of tramadol, and driving while suspended for an incident which occurred on September 30th, 2020.

Scott Julian Bish, 49, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, is charged possession with intent to distribute more than ten grams of marijuana, and driving without a license for an incident which occurred on January 19th, 2021.

The fourth person indicted was Robert Lamont Davis, 53, of Frederick, Maryland, whose charged with 1st- and 2nd-degree assault and reckless endangerment for an incident which occurred on January 15th, 2021.

These indictments move these cases to the Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled. Right now, jury trials are on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prosecutors  says indictments are charging documents alleging criminal conduct, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
