Frederick, Md (KM) The public’s help is needed in locating a missing Ijamsville man.
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says Thomas Conrad Delisa, 37, was last seen on Friday, February 12th at around 9:00 PM at the Blue Sky Bar and Grill in New Market.
He’s 5’10”, 150 pounds with a thin build, with brown eyes and black hair. Delisa was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, khaki pants, brown shoes, black gloves and a hat. He drives a silver or gray Audi A4 sedan.
