Frederick County Grand Jury Indicts Two On Friday

Their cases move to Circuit Court for trial.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Grand Jury returned only two indictments on Friday. One was against Daniel Bennett Conyers, 32, of Walkersville. He’s charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, fentanyl, a fentanyl and heroin mix, and possession of cocaine, heroin and fentanyl. This is for an incident which occurred on January 22nd of 2021.

The second person indicted was Thorn Lemon, Jr. 37, of Woodsboro, whose charged with kidnapping, 2nd-degree assault and false imprisonment for an incident which occurred on October 15th, 2020.

These indictments move these cases to Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled. All jury trials are suspended until April 26th due to the coronavirus pandemic.
