The victim was taken to the hospital.
Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police have made an arrest in connection with a shooting Wednesday morning. Kevin Leonard Quander, 37, of Hagerstown is charged with 1st-degree assault, two counts of 2nd-degree assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a handgun.
Police say at around 11:30 AM, officers responded to 64 Madison Avenue for a report of a shooting. They found a woman with a gunshot wound to the leg. She was taken to Meritus Medical Center with a non-life threatening injury.
Authorities say Quander was identified as the suspect, and taken into custody.
