Police say he should be treated as dangerous
Frederick, Md. (DG) – The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect involved in a burglary on Saturday morning.
Deputies were sent to the 11,700 block of Legore Bridge Road in Woodsboro at 9:30 AM for residential burglary in process. Police are looking for the suspect, Emmett McCarthy.
McCarthy is a white male, 22 years old, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 210 pounds. He fled the scene and is still at large. He was last seen wearing black pants and a dark green sweatshirt.
Police say he should be treated as dangerous. It’s unknown if he is armed with any weapons.
If you see McCarthy, call 911 right away, and avoid him at all cost.
