Hagerstown, Md (KM) The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office wants to know who left an incendiary device inside a Wal Mart store at 10420 Walmart Drive in Hagerstown last Saturday.
Officials say a suspect or suspects placed an unknown item on top of a aerosol can of hair coloring, which caused it to explode. No one was hurt. Damage was minimal.
The device, located in the hair care aisle, was discovered by an employee.
