Missing persons alert cancelled.
Frederick Md (KM). The Frederick Police Department says the missing persons alert for an elderly couple has been cancelled. 82-year-old Thomas Tobery and 79-year-old Judy Tobery have been found safe.
Police say they’re thanking the citizens and other law enforcement agencies for their help in locating Thomas and Judy Tobery.
