Hampstead, Md (KM) Fire damaged a house a in Hampstead in Carroll County on Monday morning.
At around 8:40 AM, fire fighters were dispatched to the 4200 block of Lower Beckleysville Road, and spent 30-minutes bringing the flames under control. No injuries were reported.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office says the fire originated in a basement bathroom. The cause remains under investigation.
Damage is estimated at $75,000
The house was split level with a wood frame.
