Police say drugs were in plain sight in the man’s car.
Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick man has been charged with a long list of drug offenses following his arrest Tuesday night. Dominic Stephen Cage, 24, was taken into custody by Frederick Police investigating a drug complaint in the 300 block of North Market Street.
Authorities say an officer approached Cage’s vehicle and noticed suspected drugs in plain view, including heroin and fentanyl, marijuana, crack cocaine and other narcotics.
Cage was arrested after attempting to bribe officers to release him. He’s charged with 22 offenses:
CJIS 1-1119, Possession with intent to distribute Cocaine
CJIS 1-1119, Possession with intent to distribute Heroin
CJIS 1-1119, Possession with intent to distribute Fentanyl
CJIS 1-1128, Possession with intent to distribute psilocybin/psilocin mushrooms
CJIS 1-0233, Possession with intent to distribute Alprazolam
CJIS 1-0233, Possession with intent to distribute Zubsolv
CJIS 1-0484, Possession with intent to distribute within 1000 ft of a school (times 6)
CJIS 1-1111, Possession of Cocaine
CJIS 1-1111, Possession of Heroin
CJIS 1-1111, Possession of Fentanyl
CJIS 1-1111, Possession of Suboxone
CJIS 1-1111, Possession of psilocybin/psilocin mushrooms
CJIS 1-1564, Possession of Marijuana in the amount of 93 grams (10 grams or more)
CJIS 1-1678, Attempted bribery of a government official in official capacity
Police say they located the following items in Cage’s car:
24 gel capsules of suspected heroin and/or fentanyl
93 grams of suspected marijuana
6 grams of suspected crack cocaine
16 grams of suspected psilocybin/psilocin mushrooms
10 pills of suspected Alprazolam
8 pills of suspected Zubsolv (buprenorphine); and
1 pack of suspected suboxone
He was taken to the Adult Detention Center where he’s being held without bond.
