Most were for drug offenses.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Grand Jury on Friday returned nine indictments, a majority of them were for drug offenses.
The panel charged Jarmil Dewan Sadler, 37, of Frederick with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin on school property, possession of Eutyloen, possession of Buprenorphine and possession of paraphernalia (black CR digital scale>) .
Sadler was arrested on June 1st after Frederick Police served a search and seizure warrant on his home on Magnolia Tree Court, and found a large amount of drugs in his bedroom.
Other indictments returned on Friday were:
*Alonzo Gene Butler, Jr, 48, of Cumberland, Md,, whose charged with possession of cocaine; conspiracy to possess a large amount of Fentanyl; conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute Fentanyl; possession of cocaine; possession of Fentanyl; distribution of paraphernalia (plastic containers) for Fentanyl; distribution of paraphernalia (plastic containers) of cocaine; driving on a highway with improper display of the white rear light; driving on a highway without current registration plates and validation tabs; displaying registration plates from another vehicle; and driving an unregistered motor vehicle for an offense which occurred on April 29th, 2021.
These three are co-defendants:
*Deshawn Terrell Green, 21, of Frederick, Md., whose charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine; conspiracy to possess cocaine; possession of paraphernalia (digital scale); use of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime; conspiracy to possess a firearm for a drug trafficking crime; illegal possession of a firearm; illegal possession of ammunition and having a loaded handgun in a vehicle for an offense which occurred on June 5th, 2021.
* Marcel Anthony Williams, 30, of Frederick, Md. whose charged with possession with intent to distribution cocaine; conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine; use of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime; possession of a firearm with a conviction of a violent crime; possession of a firearm with a felony conviction; illegal possession of a firearm; and illegal possession of ammunition for an offense which occurred on June 5th, 2021.
* Tevian Joshua Carmon, 20, of Frederick, Md. whose charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine; possession of cocaine; possession with intent to distribute cocaine; use of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime; conspiracy to use a firearm in a drug trafficking crime; possession of a firearm and ammunition by a minor; illegal possession of ammunition; and having a loaded handgun in a vehicle for an offense which occurred on June 5th, 2021.
*Steven Tineo, 33, of Hagerstown, Md. whose charged with possession of a large amount of heroin; possession of a large amount of fentanyl; possession of heroin; possession of Fentanyl; possession of cocaine; possession with intent to distribute a Fentanyl-heroin mix; possession with intent to distribute heroin; possession with intent to distribute fentanyl; possession of paraphernalia (clear glass smoking device); possession of a large amount of a mixture containing Fentanyl for an offense which occurred on June 3rd, 2021.
* Jess Cook, 43, of Frederick, Md whose charged with 1st-degree assault; 2nd-degree assault; and reckless endangerment for an offense which occurred on June 16th, 2021.
These are supplement indictments for two co-defendants:
* Colton Lemar Pitman, (also known as Colton Lamarr Pittment,0 32, of Charles Town, WV, whose charged with possession with intent to distribute Fentanyl, and possession of a large amount of Fentanyl for offenses which occurred on May 10th, 2021.
* Ethan Scott Delph, 29, of Harpers Ferry, WV, whose charged with possession with intent to distribute Fentanyl and possession of a large amount of Fentanyl for an offense which occurred on May 10th, 2021.
Prosecutors say these indictments are charging documents, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
