Germantown, Md (KM) Detectives with the Montgomery County Police continue to investigate a homicide in Germantown earlier this year. .
On January 4th at around 4:55 PM, police, fire and rescue personnel were dispatched to an apartment in Germantown for a person who was not breathing. They found Russell Troy Huffman, 38, inside a residence suffering from a gunshot wound. He pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities believe members of the community have information on this fatal shooting, and they are asked to contact Montgomery County Police. A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest of the suspect of suspects in this murder.
