Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police say a man reported missing on Monday has been found. Dominic Lull, 34, was located on Tuesday afternoon. Officers say he did not have any firearms or other weapons in his possession.
On Monday afternoon, police responded to Lull’s home in the 800 block of Stratford Way for reports of a man having mental health issues, and threatening another person. . When police arrived, they determined the man was not in the home, and officers began a search because they were concerned about his welfare. . Lull was found safe and unharmed. .
It was believed at the time that Lull may have been armed, but officers found no weapons on his person.
