The first phase will begin next week.
Frederick, Md (KM) The first phase of the resurfacing of Monocacy Boulevard will begin on Monday, August 16th. The City of Frederik says the contractor, C. William Hetzler, will resurface the Boulevard between Mill Pond Road and Route 15.
Motorists who travel this stretch of Monocacy Boulevard should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
The second phase of the resurfacing of Monocacy Boulevard will scheduled following the completion of phase one.
