Senior QA Analyst – Remote (1460970)
The Senior QA Analyst’s primary mission is to maintain system data integrity by ensuring data processes consistently, testing the system for accuracy and constructing test solutions on our various integration platforms for our customer’s solutions. This is a salaried remote position with potential for bonus. This is a remote position however, we prefer employees who are close to our corporate offices, located in Middletown, MD, who will be able to attend employee meetings when needed.
Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day support to the Business Analytics Team; this includes communicating results of adjudication including defects, effectively communicating with Senior Business Management, testing solutions.
· Maintain weekly/monthly reporting process, issue ticketing system, and knowledge base to improve efficiency, enforce standards and facilitate metrics collection.
· Provide feedback to development on a consistent basis and provide input for product and platform roadmaps.
· Collaborate with Business Analytics Team to troubleshoot product and platform issues.
· Performs scheduled operational data processing tasks following relevant processes and controls.
· Performs logical data mapping and validation using visual scripting tools.
· Create Test Plans, Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data. Create Test Scripts to automate the plans. Executing the plan and reporting the defects within the tool set supplied. Create regression test packs and execute them in a separate plan. Record results in test/issue tracking tools.
