Eight Indictments Returned By Frederick County Grand Jury

Several of them were for drug offenses.

Frederick, Md. (NS) – The Frederick County Grand Jury on Friday returned eight indictments.

The panel charged Michael Cross Kolb, 33, of Frederick, Md, with child pornography charges including with intent to distribute for an offense which occurred on January 26th, 2019.

Other indictments returned on Friday were:

*David Clayton Hanson, 31, of Madison Heights, Va, who is charged with use of a  for a felony or a crime of violence; 2nd degree assault; illegal possession of a firearm; illegal possession of ammunition for an offense which occurred on November 18, 2021.

*Dearil Green, III, 45, of Frederick, Md, who is charged with motor vehicle theft; resisting arrest; obstructing and hindering; possession of PCP with intent to distribute; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; driving without a license; driving while revoked; fleeing or eluding police for an offense which occurred on November 18, 2021.

*Kristy Renee Weaver, 39, of Waynesboro, Pa, who is charged with possession of a fentanyl/heroin mix with intent to distribute; possession of cocaine for an offense which occurred on August 31, 2021.

*Wilfredo Israel Montes, 45, of Frederick, Md, who is charged with firearms and drug trafficking offenses; possession of a firearm with a previous felony conviction; illegal possession of a regulated firearm; illegal possession of ammunition for an offense which occurred on November 3, 2021.

*Ryan David Kramer, 28, of Monrovia, Md, who is charged with 1st degree escape for an offense which occurred on October 15, 2021.

*James Thomas Riggs-Runkles, 20, of Mount Airy, Md, who is charged with possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute; possession of Psilocybin with intent to distribute; possession of THC for an offense which occurred on August 19, 2021.

*Tial Ling Thang, 40, of Frederick, MD, who is charged with sex abuse of a minor for an offense which occurred between 2016 and 2017.

Indictments are charging documents, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
