Union Bridge, Md (NS) – Yoga with goats! Maryland Farm and Harvest series producer Joe Ligo said their program will feature a local business in Union Bridge called Bountiful Farms’ Goat Yoga on Maryland Public Television (MPT).
“It’s a combination of exercise and animal therapy because people are doing yoga outside in a pasture with baby goats,” Ligo said.
He said the goats enjoy it as well.
“There’s definitely a lot of great video footage in this story of the goats and their playing and their hopping around. If you like cute animals, definitely tune into this show,” he said.
