Public Libraries In Frederick County To Resume Normal Operating Hours On Saturday

But patrons over five years of age must wear masks.

Frederick, Md. (KM) – Frederick County Public Libraries will resume normal operating hours at all branches beginning on Saturday. But curbside pickup will still remain available for patrons who are more comfortable with contactless services.

Study rooms can be reserved online, but in-branch programs and the use of meeting rooms are on hold until the COVID-19 community transmission rate, as classified by the Frederick County Health Department, drops.

Masks are required for all patrons over the age of five. Outdoor programs will return in March weather permitting and availability of staff.
