Frederick, Md. (KM) – Frederick Police have identified a suspect in connection with a stabbing last week. He’s Osmen Eliseo Lopez Torres, 19,. whose charged with 1st-degree assault and other offenses.
On Friday morning at 8:45, police responded to the 1100 block of Providence Court where they found a woman had been stabbed in the torso. She was transported to an area trauma center for treatment.
Detectives say Lopez Torres and the victim knew each other and this is not a random incident.
Authorities say there is an active arrest warrant of Lopez Torres, and anyone who knows his whereabouts is asked to contact Frederick Police. They can contact Detective .
