Patching Work To Begin Next Week On Ridge Rd. In Mt. Airy

It will take place overnight.

Mount Airy, Md. (KM) – A road improvement project is scheduled to begin next week on Route 27 or Ridge Road in Mount Airy in Carroll County. .

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration says crews will begin work on Sunday, May 1st  at 7:00 PM. They will patch Ridge Road between Watersville Road and Gills Falls Road from 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM, Sunday nights through Friday mornings. . The work is expected to be completed in June.

Signs, electronic arrow boards and a truck-mounted attenuator will guide motorists through the work zone.
