Westminster, Md. (KM) – Damage is estimated at $150,000 from a house fire in Westminster Tuesday afternoon.
At around 1:45 PM, fire fighters were dispatched to the 1100 block of Colonel Joshua Court for a two-story, single family home on fire. They spent 20-minutes bringing the flames under control. No one was injured.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office says the fire originated in the basement and was discovered by a resident.
The cause remains under investigation.
