Bomb Threat Closes Carroll Community College On Friday

Authorities say on explosives were found on campus.

Westminster, Md (KM) A bomb threat at Carroll Community College is under investigation.

Just before 12-noon on Friday, deputies from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office responded to the campus  at 1601 Washington Road in Westminster for a report of a bomb threat. All of the buildings were evacuated,, and authorities conducted a search. The Sheriff’s Office says no evidence of a credible threat was found.

Carroll Community College was closed for the remainder of the day.
