In this role, you will be the primary person answering and directing all incoming calls to the dealership. This entails answering and transferring 60 to 100 calls daily.

Qualifications and Responsibilities
· Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
· Following all incoming call procedures established by the Company
· Following all procedures as they relate to transferring calls to the appropriate department.
· Light receptionist/admin duties may be assigned to qualified and capable candidates
· High school diploma or GED
· At least one previous role in phone operation
· Availability to work a full time or part time shift from Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 pm (Monday through Friday) and 8 AM to 5 pm (Saturday). *Part time role will not be eligible for benefits.
Pay range is $15-$18 per hour based on skills and experience.

Shipping/Receiving Clerk/Assembler (1591930)
The Shipping Receiving Clerk (SRC) is responsible for facilitating shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing materials and products utilizing UPS World Ship as well as other shipping methods. Requires basic work skills, understanding of the shipping and receiving process, and product packaging. The SRC must be capable of physically performing shipping and receiving duties, including lifting heavy (75lbs) boxes, packaging, labeling, computer entry into UPS World Ship and other shipping applications. In addition to these responsibilities, the SRC will also help with several manual tasks associated with the manufacture of custom and standard products manufactured within the shop, including parts assembly, screen printing, inking, and cleanup.
