TJ High Student Taken Into Custody Following An Incident On Friday

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says it was an isolated incident between two students.

Frederick, M (KM)  It appears that the incident at Governor Thomas Johnson High School on Friday was isolated.

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office says it was called to TJ High for reports of a student trying to stab other students.  But authorities say it was an isolated incident between two students in the cafeteria. .  An off-duty Sheriff’s Office School Resource Officer prevented the situation from escalating.

There were no injuries.

One student was taken into custody.

The incident remains under investigation.
