Jimmy Grinder of Orchard Breeze Farm sold eggs in support of Ukrainian war relief.
Frederick, Md. (BW)- Orchard Breeze Farm in Thurmont will be featured on the ‘Maryland Farm and Harvest’ television series.
The owner of the farm, Jimmy Grinder, auctioned off some of his eggs at the Olney framers market to raise money for Ukrainian war relief, specifically, children in Ukrainian hospitals.
The eggs were painted by world-renowned father and son artist duo, Greg and Jon Mort.
The episode that Orchard Breeze farm will be featured in will be “greater good” themed.
According to Robert Ferrier, the producer of the show, Grinder began his farm after being laid off from his job in construction. He used his last paycheck to buy some farm animals and the farm took off from there.
The show will be aired on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. on MPT.
