Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office says conduct at the time was not criminal.
Frederick, Md (KM) No criminal charges will be filed in connection with the accidental shooting at the Heritage Training and Shooting Center on February 5th.. That’s according to the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office. “We have determined that while the conduct may have been negligent, it was not criminal,” says State’s Attorney Charlie Smith, in a statement. “Therefore, no criminal charges will be filed.”
The Sheriff’s Office says, which investigated the incident, says one man was taken by medivac helicopter to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma in Baltimore for treatment. One woman was taken to a local hospital by ambulance.
