Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police have obtained arrest warrants for a suspect in three convenience robberies.
Authorities say Dante Martes Whiten is charged in connection with robbery of a convenience store on September 16th, 2022 at Amber Drive where Whiten physically assaulted an employee before forcing that person to open the register. He took the money and fled the scene.
In another robbery in the 1300 block of North East Street on January 16th, 2023, a knife was used to threaten an employee before the suspect fled with the money from the cash register.
In a third robbery on February 8th, 2023 at a facility in the 300 South Jefferson Street, the suspect rushed behind the counter, stole the money from the employee before fleeing the scene. .
In addition to being charged with the three robberies, police say they obtained two warrants for failing to appear in court.
