Baltimore , Md (KM) Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins has pleaded not guilty in federal court in Baltimore. The US Attorney’s Office says Jenkins has been released under the supervision of the US Pre-Trial Services with standard conditions. he must have not no contact with co-defendants, and must surrender all weapons, including his service weapon, and must report as required to the US Pre-Trial Services.
He and Frederick gun dealer Robert Krop were indicted last week by a federal grand jury for allegedly conspiring and making false statements to charges of illegally acquiring machine guns.
