461 graduating students will receive their degrees.
Frederick, MD (BW)- Hood College will host their commencement ceremony for the graduating class of 2023 on Saturday, May 20 at 10 a.m.
The ceremony is set to be held on Hood’s outdoor quad.
Degrees will be presented to 461 undergraduate and graduate students.
This year the college will graduate its first-ever students from Hood’s public health, finance and sustainability studies programs.
The commencement speaker for this year’s ceremony will be former Maryland State Senator and Frederick Mayor, Ron Young.
This will be Hood’s 126 annual commencement ceremony.
Commencement will also be livestreamed on Hood College’s YouTube channel.
