Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Office of Construction Inspection says Rocky Springs Road between Yellow Springs Road and Indian Springs Road will be closed between July 31st and September 30th. A contractor will installing water and sewer lines, and constructing turn lanes.
Completion of the project is expected to take two months. weather permitting.
A detour with signs will be put in place, the Office of Construction Inspection says.
