Taneytown, Md (KM) The cause of a house fire in Taneytown last Saturday morning remains under investigation.
Fire fighters were dispatched at 9:44 AM to 22 Roberts Mill Road for a two-story, multi-family dwelling on fire. . It took them six-minutes to bring the flames under control.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office estimates damage at $25,000. .
One fire fighter suffered minor injuries.
Investigators say the fire originated on the front porch of the house, and was discovered by a passerby.
