Brian Francis is described as ‘armed and dangerous.’
Hagerstown, Md (KM) The FBI is providing assistance to Hagerstown Police in locating a suspect in a murder last summer.
Authorities say Brian Christopher Francis, 41, is charged with 1st-degree murder, 2nd-degree murder, attempted murder and other offenses for a shooting in an apartment on Brinker Street on July 30th, 2023. . One person was killed.
He’s also charged on a federal warrant with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and firearms offenses.
The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to Francis’ arrest.
Authorities say Francis should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him is asked to contact the FBI or their local law enforcement.
