Their cases now move to Circuit Court where trial dates will be set.
Frederick, Md (KM) Two indictments were returned on Friday by the Frederick County Grand Jury.
The panel charged Allan J. Frazier, 26, of Frederick with one count of 1st-degree assault, and two counts of 2nd-degree assault for an incident which occurred on October 13th, 2023.
Grand jurors also indicted Victor Eugene Ferguson, 33, of Frederick for sex abuse of a minor, two counts of 2nd-degree assault, and one count each of 3rd-degree sex offense, and 4th degree sex offense involving sexual contact. Those charges are for an incident which occurred on June 9th of this year.
These cases will move to the Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
The Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office says indictments are charging documents alleging criminal conduct, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
