Frederick, Md (KM) Applications are now being accepted for the Luke Clemons Bartlett Memorial Athletic Scholarship Fund. It’s managed by the Community Foundation of Frederick County. “:And students in grades K through 12 can apply for these for the winter athletics and sports activities, and sports camps,” says Betsy Day, President and CEO of the Community Foundation.
She says these can be basketball or other indoor sports, or indoor conditioning.
The application period runs through December 15th, 2023. “We will pay the sports camp or the athletic camp or the sports activity directly. Or we will reimburse the household with proof of payment,” says Day.

The Luke Clemens Bartlett Memorial Athletic Scholarship Fund is one of over 700 funds administered by the Community Foundation.
