Body Of Pennsylvania Homicide Victim Found In Washington County

The suspect was found and arrested.

Montgomery Township, Pa. (BW)- The body of a homicide victim was found in the area of Terrapin Park on Sunday, Dec 17.

Two female witnesses contacted Hagerstown Police with information in regards to a homicide that took place in Franklin County, PA.

Hagerstown police then notified PA State Police about the body.

According to reports, the suspect, 31-year-old Shane Bradley fatally shot 20-year-old Isaiah Clark after a verbal altercation in their residence located in the 14000 block of Ditto Road. Several others, including the two female witnesses also live in that residence.

After the shooting, Bradley allegedly forced the two females and one other person to assist in dumping Clark’s body in Hagerstown.

Bradley also freed the two females there and fled the scene with the other person, who was located unharmed by Maryland State Police.

On Tuesday, Dec 19, Bradley was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in Greensboro, North Carolina.

He is being charged with criminal homicide, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure and tampering with evidence.

Bradley will be extradited to Pennsylvania at a later date.

PA State Police is continuing to investigate this case.
